I did an all-nighter yesterday, which was worth it because I did all the writing, did a lot of work, and felt very satisfied with everything. But after being awake 24 hours, Spots needed sleep.
Unfortunately, Mother Nature had other plans. At 5 am local time, lightning struck the tree outside my window. No damage was done, other than possibly to my poor little Dalmatian ears. And my sleep, only six and a half hours. It was impossible to go back to sleep after something like that. The noise, the light…
Anyway, yesterday evening I cleaned out the old foxkit.us server. I deleted files that don’t need to be there any more, and now it has 6 GB of free space. I am hoping to help a friend host their Web site on it, so it needed more than the 200 MB it had before.
Meanwhile, laying in bed this morning trying to go back to sleep, I came up with a really fun, unique idea for a story. And I can’t wait to write it! I don’t want to give many details, because I really want to write this one and create it. But I may just create a poster for it too, and if I do, I will share that even if the writing isn’t done yet.
