I’ve been hit with a wave of inspiration again. This time, the idea came to me while listening to Starrider by Foreigner driving down the Broken Arrow Expressway, coming home from my last Uber delivery of the night. What if Dylan was actually offered a way to go to space? How would he handle it? How would everyone else feel about the risk, but also the reward?
Well, that is what I am going to write! Eventually!
Some day… after all the other ideas… since this would be Arc 60… sixty…
I’ve also had inspiration about a scene in Arc 13, which seems much more tangible. I’m really hoping to work on Arc 1 so I can start publishing all these, but it’s a struggle to get my brain to focus on that one. It’s not that I don’t like the idea for Arc 1. It’s that part of it involves a road trip, and as silly as it sounds, I think I’m jealous of my characters. I want to go on a road trip that doesn’t involve delivering items for people on Uber! Alas, I can’t really afford the time or money to do that right now. I suppose it might be worth taking a day trip to Joplin or Fayetteville so that I can feel inspired to write, haha. Perhaps.
